S.C.A.R.S. will be working with Domestic Violence Shelters, Substance Abuse Programs for Women & Youth; Support for Residents of Group Homes, and collaboration with other community resources to support and serve as a Bridge to empower individuals to have a quality of Life and New Beginning.
